Peaches Rodriguez has performed at many of the nation's top comedy clubs such as New York City's famous Comic Strip and Carolines, as well as the Harlem's legendary Apollo Theater, Atlantic City's prestigious Caesars, Harrahs and Tropicana Hotels and Las Vegas' fabulous Riviera Hotel.  In addition, she was invited to perform stand-up comedy at the annual Jack Daniel's Latino Comedy Festival in New York City.

Peaches is a regular performer on the national college campus circut where her talents have been showcased at more than 30 institutions of higher learning including Princeton University and University of Texas. Yale University invited her to impart knowledge as a member of their "Women in Comedy" panel.

In addition, the USO drafted Peaches three times to entertain troops in the middle east nations of Afghanistan, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

Rodriguez has "opened" multiple times for comedian legend Arsenio Hall.
